I've been in boxing for over 20 years — started training as a kid and went on to compete as an amateur. Four years ago I turned that love for the sport into coaching, and I haven't looked back. I'm a qualified boxing coach and I bring everything I've learned in the ring to every session.

What do I get when I purchase? +

Do I need equipment? +
The Beginner program needs minimal equipment — just some space. The Advanced program recommends access to a heavy bag and basic gym equipment. Equipment alternatives are provided where possible.
Which program is right for me? +
If you're new to boxing or fitness, start with Beginner Boxing Fitness. If you have boxing experience and want to compete or push yourself further, go for Advanced Fight Prep. Kids & Teens is designed for ages 8–17.
Can I message you with questions? +
Absolutely. Every purchase includes the ability to message me directly on Instagram or email if you need guidance on any part of the plan.
Is there a refund policy? +
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
How do I book a session? +
Just fill in the booking form on this page and I'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your session. Pick your session type, preferred day, and time slot — I'll do the rest.
Where are sessions held? +
Sessions can be held at a local gym or I can come to you — whatever works best. Online sessions are also available via video call if you'd prefer to train from home. We'll sort out the location when you book.
Do I need boxing experience? +
Not at all. I work with complete beginners right through to experienced fighters. Every session is tailored to your level, so whether it's your first time throwing a punch or you're prepping for a fight, I've got you covered.
What age groups do you coach? +
I coach all ages — adults of any fitness level, and kids and teens from age 8 upwards. Kids sessions are structured to be fun, safe, and age-appropriate while still building real boxing skills.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes — just give me at least 24 hours notice and we can move your session to another day or time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
What should I bring to a session? +
Wear comfortable gym clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle. If you have your own gloves and hand wraps, bring those too — but don't worry if you don't, I can provide equipment for your first few sessions.
